I've spent more than 15 years working in higher education — in college admissions and recruitment, collegiate coaching, academic services, and career support. I've seen the college process from the inside: how admissions decisions get made, how coaches recruit, and what actually helps students succeed once they arrive on campus.

I started Doman Consulting to bring that experience directly to students and families. The college search, the recruiting process, and early career decisions can feel overwhelming — but they don't have to be. With the right guidance and a clear plan, students can approach each step with confidence.

My approach is simple: one-on-one support tailored to each student's needs and goals. No one-size-fits-all packages — just honest guidance, organized planning, and a partner in the process.

I work with high school and college students virtually anywhere, and in person throughout Wisconsin.
